Chris Durand records four points!

Huskie forward Chris Durand tallied four points in a weekend sweep over the Regina Cougars.

The fourth-year Business student from Saskatoon scored at 17:13 in the first period and 10:55 in the second period of an 8-1 victory over the Cougars in Rutherford Rink. He also added two assists in the game on the Huskies first and seventh goals. The Huskies also won 4-1 the next night in Regina.

Durand and the No. 7 ranked Huskies will host the Lethbridge Pronghorns in a Canada West best-of-three quarter-final series Friday, Saturday and Sunday, if needed, at Rutherford Rink. Puck drop is 7 p.m. each night. Purchase tickets by calling 306-966-1111 or visit huskies.usask.ca
